Chesapeake Employers Insurance Arena

Located on the campus of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County stands the multi-purpose sports and entertainment venue, the Chesapeake Employers Insurance Arena. The venue officially opened its doors on Saturday, February 3rd, 2018 for a sold-out UMBC Men’s Basketball game. The 5,000-seat arena is the home to the Retriever Men’s and Women’s basketball teams and women’s volleyball. The arena hosts a variety of events including concerts, commencements, family shows, festivals, consumer shows, featured speakers, and banquets.
